User Agreement & Spiritual Disclaimer

By accessing the Global Psychic Network platform, placing an inbound telephone call to our telephone routing exchange (including 602-284-8835), sending SMS text inquiries, or establishing a member account, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• You are accessing our services from the United States, Canada, or an international jurisdiction where spiritual telephone and text consultations are permitted by applicable law.
• You possess the legal authority to utilize the payment method (credit card, debit card, or verified digital wallet) provided for consultation charges.

Psychic, intuitive, clairvoyant, and astrological sessions are inherently subjective arts. Intuitive perceptions, symbols, and channeled messages reflect potential energetic trajectories at the specific moment of consultation.

Free Will & Sole Responsibility: Global Psychic Network firmly upholds the principle of human free will. Any actions, decisions, lifestyle changes, relationship determinations, or life trajectories you pursue following a session are chosen entirely at your sole discretion. You agree that Global Psychic Network and its independent advisors assume no liability for choices you make in your personal, romantic, financial, or professional life.

To protect the emotional safety and spiritual integrity of both seekers and advisors, all interactions are governed by an unyielding code of ethics:

• Mutual Respect: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, profanity, verbal abuse, hate speech, explicit sexual commentary, or aggressive intimidation directed toward advisors or support personnel.
• Prohibition of Off-Platform Solicitation: Clients and readers are strictly forbidden from circumventing the platform, requesting private phone numbers, exchanging personal social media handles, or arranging transactions outside of the verified Global Psychic Network telecommunications infrastructure.
• Zero Fear-Based Tactics: If an advisor attempts to solicit additional funds for “curse removals,” “spell casting,” or fear-induced remedies, you are urged to terminate the connection immediately and report the occurrence to our compliance team. Such practices are strictly prohibited and result in permanent advisor termination.

While Global Psychic Network enforces a rigorous multi-stage evaluation standard prior to granting advisors access to our network, all spiritual advisors operate as independent contractors and not as employees, legal partners, or agents of the network.

Each advisor utilizes their individual intuitive modalities, spiritual gifts, interpretive techniques, and communication styles. Global Psychic Network provides the secure telecommunications switch, privacy masking, payment gateway, and infrastructure connecting seekers with advisors, but does not dictate the subjective spiritual opinions expressed during live sessions.

All rates for live telephone readings (billed per minute) and text readings (billed per message) are transparently stated on each reader's profile prior to connection:

• Precise Minute Billing: Telephone billing begins only when the telephone bridge confirms an active live two-way connection with the reader. Call duration is calculated automatically by our switch.
• No Hidden Fees: There are no recurring subscription fees, hidden connection surcharges, or minimum monthly maintenance fees unless explicitly consented to in a structured wellness package.
• Discreet Descriptors: For client privacy, charges appear on bank and credit card statements under an encrypted, discreet merchant descriptor.

Consultations rely on mobile, cellular, and digital VoIP telecommunications networks. In the event of a dropped connection caused by signal degradation, carrier transit interruptions, or device anomalies:

Billing terminates automatically upon call drop. Personal telephone numbers remain masked and safeguarded on both sides. Because personal voicemails are strictly blocked across our infrastructure to preserve privacy, advisors will not leave voice recordings. Seekers may re-initiate connection through the platform once their cellular signal restores.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the United States, Canada, and international territories:

In no event shall Global Psychic Network, its founder, officers, directors, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, intuitive consultations, decisions made based on spiritual insight, or telecommunications outages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Psychic Network against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this User Agreement.

This User Agreement and any dispute arising from your interaction with the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support desk shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration.
